A studio for homes that work better.
Next House Studio combines design thinking with dependable building to create homes that are calm, efficient and made to last.
Design and build, working as one.
Next House Studio was founded on a simple belief: homeowners deserve the same thoughtful planning that goes into well-designed buildings. Too often, renovations are pieced together room by room, with each trade working in isolation.
We do it differently. Our designers, project leads and installers work as one team, so the decisions about layout, materials, energy and safety connect. That means fewer surprises, smarter sequencing and a finished home that feels coherent.
From a single bathroom to a full upgrade with a new roof, windows and solar, we bring the same care and clarity to every project.
Make thoughtful design and quality building part of every renovation.
We plan the whole home, explain every option clearly and deliver work we are proud of.
Homes that adapt to the people who live in them, today and in the years ahead.
Efficient, safe and beautifully finished spaces that keep working as life changes.
